Hanna Söderling brings experience from both the public and non-profit sector, where she worked on EU funded mobility projects across the Scandinavian region. Today she supports international researchers at the University of Copenhagen with a with a proactive, human centered approach, supporting HR units and employees on topics such as immigration, tax, pension, and social security.

At FEM Europe 2026, she will co facilitate the Mobility Masterclass, sharing practical insights grounded in hands on mobility casework.
