Frank Jura is an Interim Executive and HR Transformation specialist with over 20 years of international leadership experience. As Founder & Managing Director of BLUE HILLS Consulting, he advises executive teams, HR and Global Mobility leaders on future-proof operating models, cross-border compliance and scalable mobility programmes.

He holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management and an LL.M. in International Business Law with a focus on skilled-worker immigration.

In 2025, he was awarded the EMMA (EMEA) – Global Mobility Professional of the Year and serves as Chapter Lead of the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) in Germany and Switzerland.
