Wendy is a senior global mobility specialist with more than 18 years of experience advising multinational organisations on complex cross-border workforce matters. Her expertise spans tax, social security and labour law, and she is particularly known for helping organisations navigate challenging, high-change environments. She leads several Dutch client teams and plays an active role in local management, driving the people agenda for the Netherlands practice.
